Story Chapter 28: Dear You

The world outside was loud, chaotic, and moving far too fast. But inside the quiet sanctuary of my room, the universe shrunk down to the size of a rocking chair and the safe, steady rhythm of your heartbeat as I drifted off to sleep.

I looked up at your face, my tiny fingers curled gently around yours. Even in my deepest sleep, I could feel the warmth overflowing from you, wrapping around me like a blanket. I heard you whisper into the quiet room, the words spilling out from the deepest corners of your soul

"I am so grateful to have met you on this earth. You have no idea how truly grateful I am."

I am too small to understand the big world yet, or the things you sacrificed before I arrived. I don't know about the achievements or the far-off places you used to look for. But I know that whenever I open my eyes, you are there. In the messy, sleepless nights, your arms are the only place I want to be. When I laugh for the first time, it’s because your smile makes me brave. I track your face with my eyes because, to me, you are my entire world.

Having you as my mother has defined everything for me. You are teaching me that the safest, happiest place on this earth isn't grand or loud it is found in the quiet privilege of being loved by you as I grow.

Right here, at this exact place and time, wrapped in your arms, I have everything I could ever need. Thank you for being my mom.

Dear You (Untukmu Ibu)

Aku menatap wajahmu, jemari kecilku menggenggam erat jarimu.

Story Chapter 27: Mr.Poetry From Cold Hills

English Version:

Mr. Poetry was young and charming,

A prince within the West Village sun.

None cared for the kings or the queens who left him;

His lonely reign had just begun.

He played the piano to kill the silence,

Writing verses for a love he still held dear.

But someone noticed the "Big Loud" rhythm

The marks of injections, the shadow of fear.

Though doctors roamed the Castle Hills,

No one cared that he was ill

He simply gifted a "charming smile,"

While the world around him stood cold and still.

The Fashion of Solitude

He dressed so tenderly, fashioned in grace,

Living in the hills in a silent place.

They thought him rich, they thought him grand,

The most charming soul in all the land.

But he hugged his flowers upon his bed,

With "society’s neglect" inside his head.

He offered kindness to those he met,

Though rejection was all he’d ever get.

The Fall in the Blue Room

A mystery remained of this West Village prince,

Since the kings and queens had vanished long since

Their castle crumbled by thunder and sea,

Leaving him trapped in a dark memory.

He fell from the stairs, his legs giving way,

But nobody noticed his world turn to gray.

He screamed in the Blue Room, hidden from years,

Playing favorite songs through a veil of tears.

The Elegant Outsider

They said he wasn't a "proper prince,"

Too tiny, too slender, too elegant to sense.

He didn't fit the society's mold,

With his English ways and a heart of gold.

Under the streetlamps, in shoes that were new,

He’d dance for himself when the day was through.

Nobody knew he was royalty,

Hidden behind "Mr. Poetry."

Bahasa Version:

Tuan Puisi masih muda dan menawan,

Seorang pangeran di bawah terik matahari West Village.

Tak seorang pun peduli pada raja atau ratu yang meninggalkannya;

Kekuasaannya yang kesepian baru saja dimulai.

Ia memainkan piano untuk menghilangkan kesunyian,

Menulis bait-bait untuk cinta yang masih disayanginya.

Tetapi seseorang memperhatikan ritme "Berisik Besar"

Bekas suntikan, bayangan ketakutan.

Meskipun dokter berkeliaran di Bukit Kastil,

Tak seorang pun peduli bahwa ia sakit;

Ia hanya memberikan "senyum menawan,"

Mode Kesendirian

Ia berpakaian begitu lembut, berbusana anggun,

Tinggal di perbukitan di tempat yang sunyi.

Mereka menganggapnya kaya, mereka menganggapnya agung,

Tetapi tak seorang pun memperhatikan dunianya berubah menjadi kelabu.

Story Chapter 26: Your Memories Haunt Me

Pic by: Frmjourney

English Version:

Its secrets love...

A glimpse of me and you, the way you used to love

Your city stays haunted in my life, a ghost I can’t shake off

Your smile is right in front of me, frozen in my head

I’m still walking to your door, bringing your favorite bread

Hey, you changed me...

The way I love, the way I see—I liked your craziness

How you stayed by my side when I was blacking out

You were the only light I had, without a doubt

The toxicity of us? It’s a legend now

A reminder to everyone of how we burned it down

Violant roar

Talking ‘bout our favorite movies, losing track of time

Kissing in that white car, basement shadows and grime

I still remember every "favorite" you ever had

This kind of love hits different—it’s beautiful and bad

We damaged the jokes, we broke the routine

You picking me up at school, the engine humming low

My friends all talking nice, watching our love grow

The way my mom welcomed you in, arms open wide

This love was supposed to be forever, our places side-by-side

But the change came fast, and the "us" became "then"

Now I’m just haunted by the way it could’ve been

A glimpse of me and you, the way you used to love

Your city stays haunted in my life, a ghost I can’t shake off

Your smile is right in front of me, frozen in my head

I’m still walking to your door, bringing your favorite bread

Is it blind goodbye?

This love was supposed to be forever, our places side-by-side

But the change came fast, and the "us" became "then"

Now I’m just haunted by the way it could’ve been

So, long long + long

Indonesia Version:

Hei, kau mengubahku...

Cara kucinta, cara kupandang dunia—aku menyukai kegilaanmu

Kini jadi legenda

Sebuah pengingat bagi semua, tentang bagaimana kita hangus terbakar

Berbincang tentang film favorit, hingga kita lupa waktu

Kita merusak tawa, kita mematahkan rutinitas

Teman-temanku bicara baik tentangmu, melihat cinta kita tumbuh

Maka, selamat tinggal... lama... sangat lama + selamanya.

Story Chapter 25:2+1 of us (Me, You and Him)

The Altar of Habit

You are the hearth, the holy, and the known,

The quiet kingdom that we built alone.

Your kiss is bread—it sustains my very life,

The gentle title of "husband" or of "wife."

I rest my head upon your steady chest,

And hate the heart that will not let me rest.

For even as I swear my soul is true,

I am a hollow shell when held by you.

The Fevered Ghost

Then there is him—a wildfire in the veins,

The sudden snap of long-forgotten chains.

He doesn’t offer peace; he offers breath,

A frantic dance upon the edge of death.

In candle-lighted rooms where we shouldn’t be,

He unearths the wild, screaming parts of me.

I love him with a desperate, starving grace,

Searching for his shadow in your face.

The Tragic Sum

I am a traitor in a house of gold,

Selling the warmth to shiver in the cold.

I pull your blankets tight around my skin,

While tasting him—the sweet, metallic sin.

Two loves, one heart, a tether torn in two,

I’m breaking him to stay alive with you.

But in the dark, the math begins to bleed:

I have everything, yet he is all I need.

The Final Frame

The clock ticks out a rhythm of deceit,

As I walk the line where guilt and longing meet.

Me: The architect of a beautiful lie.

You: The sun in a clear, unsuspecting sky.

Him: The moon that pulls my tides astray.

I am the storm that will wash us all away.
